Da Heng Jiu Jia (大亨酒家) is a traditional home-style restaurant offering Cantonese cuisine, including seafood, dim sum and nutritious soups as well as popular other dishes, such as Peking roast duck, hot pot, lamb rolls, seafood and mushrooms.

Now 16 years old, its dcor does not look new but is always clean. Located on the 1st floor of the building are two general dining areas and 10 private rooms. To celebrate its 16th anniversary, it is offering seafood at discount prices until next January 20.

One specialty is roast pigeon with crispy skin (焦香脆皮鸡), coriander, celery, and carrot, for 28 yuan. It is both tasty and a good source of protein. Buddha jumps over the wall soup (佛跳墙) costs 288 yuan per person and is made with one abalone, 100 grams of shark fin, one Liaoning sea cucumber, along with other seafood and mushroom, before being left to simmer for 10 hours.
