Amendments to Kazakhstan's Civil Society Development Concept for 2006-2011 are now being drafted.
International practices, in particular the Netherlands experience of cooperation between NGOs and government agencies in a social order mechanism, are taken into account.
The main goal of the plan is to strengthen cooperation between NGOs and government agencies.
