CIMC boosts stakes
China International Marine Containers Co, the world's largest maker of freight boxes, spent $30.4 million to raise its stakes in two container manufacturing units.
The company bought a 20 percent stake in Shanghai CIMC Reefer Containers Co for $16.4 million and a 22.5 percent stake in Tianjin Zhongji Beiyang Container Co for $14 million.
