Monopoly judges

The city's No 2 intermediate court announced yesterday the founding of the country's first judging panel for monopoly litigations.

The panel, which comprises seven judges from the intellectual property court and the administration court, and a deputy director of the intermediate court, will try all cases involving alleged monopoly activities and study the practices to enforce the anti-monopoly law, which took effect on Aug 1.
