Checkups in good shape

Over 10 percent of large-scale enterprises will increase their budgets for staff health checks next year, despite the worsened economic situation, according to a survey by the Beijing Health Association and Ciming Checkup. Around 90 percent of the interviewees said they are not going to cut spending on staff's checkups, but will reduce spending on business tours. The survey showed that large companies' average spending on staff's health checkups hovers around 500 yuan each.
