Elderly man devoting time to inspiring students

A dozen grateful students have honored an 82-year-old man by dubbing him "grandpa" after he persuaded them to return to school in Puyang, Henan province.

Retired teacher Tang Qingzhang is still serving as an after-school activities counselor for a number of local schools after first helping a weary student rebuild his confidence eight years ago.
