Lighters ok on planes
Airline passengers will be allowed to carry a box of matches or a lighter onboard aircraft from Saturday, the Civil Aviation Administration of China said yesterday, bringing to an end an eight-month ban on the items.
However, travelers must inform staff at the security check that they are carrying them.
