Spending cut
OAO Lukoil Chief Executive Officer Vagit Alekperov said Russia's largest non-state oil producer may cut investment in 2010 because of the global financial turmoil, Interfax reported.
Lukoil may also delay some international projects, the news service cited Alekperov as saying in Moscow yesterday, without elaborating.
