Despicable fraud arrested over rape ruse sales pitch

A man was detained after fabricating rape cases on campus in a shameful bid to market the self-protection products for women he was selling.

Scores of female students in Wenzhou university, Zhejiang province, were horrified after receiving flyers claiming several girls had been recently raped on campus and subsequently interested to learn a spray could easily be used to fight off an attack.
