Vigilante ordered to pay thief's medical fees
A man was ordered to pay 1,500 yuan ($220) in medical fees for a thief he beat to a pulp in Gucheng county, Hubei province.
Gong Qihua, 31, a farmer in the county's Shihua township, was also placed in a detention house for five days punishment.
