Barbie is too late for hanky panky with handy Andy

The movie Future Cops is currently being filmed at Beijing's China Movie and TV Industry Zone and insiders report sexual tension on the set. Actress and singer Barbie Hsu admits to having a crush on lead actor Andy Lau and is said to have remarked that when she looks into his eyes she goes wobbly at the knees.

Costumes for the futuristic thriller are not helping matters. Lau is buff in a body-hugging black and silver jumpsuit. Meanwhile, the female villain of the piece, Tang Yi Fei, has cyborg body parts, including bat wings, scorpion tale and praying mantis arms. Weird but sexy in a Goth kind of way.

One person who will not be amused by Hsu's attentions (though she must be used to it by now) is Malaysian Carol Chu, Lau's real girlfriend for the past 23 years. According to the Malaysia Star, the former beauty queen and Hong Kong heartthrob will be walking down the aisle next year. Lau has kept his love under wraps all these years, fearing that if fans knew he was taken he would lose favor as a sex object. So, at a concert last month he asked the audience if idols should have girlfriends and get married. The reaction was positive. Problem solved.
