Free medical scheme
A free medical scheme was launched yesterday to provide treatment to people suffering from the rare disease, gaucher, which attacks the internal organs.
Jointly launched by the China Charity Federation and the US-based Genzyme pharmacy group, the project is expected to benefit hundreds of such people in China.
