Fraud nabbed by eagle eye after 12 years on run

A man wanted for defrauding 12 million yuan ($1.75 million) was recently detained by police in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province, after 12 years on the run.

The fugitive, surnamed Dai, was nabbed at a local police substation, thanks to the sharp observation skills of a female household registration officer, while applying for an identity card.
