It's widely expected that the Central Economic Work Conference will take more measures to increase consumer spending, such as raising the personal income tax threshold and spending more to improve the social welfare system. Personally, I think the (income tax) threshold could be lifted to 2,500-3,000 yuan. But it's not likely to be raised too high because it could hurt the country's fiscal income.
