Hard to get pay arrears

To prevent some extreme reactions, migrant workers should be helped to get their pay in time, says an article on the website www.eastday.com. The following is an excerpt:
Five rural migrant workers have recently been investigated by a court in Zhengzhou, Henan province, for their suspected involvement in violating social public order. It is reported that they threw stones on the street from the top of a 32-story building in hope of arousing public attention to help them seek wage arrears.
Earlier, a few migrant workers reportedly committed suicide after their attempt to get deplayed wages failed. These moves mirror the extreme measures today's rural migrant workers are choosing to seek their unpaid wages.
