Lottery addict defrauds friends to buy tickets
A man who defrauded more than 286,000 yuan ($41,900) to buy lottery tickets was recently detained by police in Nanning, capital of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
Chen Honghua, 34, who pinned his hopes on lottery ticket riches, began buying tickets two years ago.
