Stocks bounce back across Europe, US futures rise

US stock-index futures gained yesterday, indicating the Standard & Poor's 500 Index will rebound from the worst selloff since October.

Most European shares rose and the Dow Jones Stoxx 600 Index traded near the cheapest relative to earnings in at least six years.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc, the world's biggest retailer, advanced 1.1 percent.
