Special Supplement: Industrial base becomes romantic 'matchmaker'

GUANGZHOU: A large matchmaking event for young men and women will be held on December 20 by Guangdong tourism organizations.

Hosted by the Guangdong Tourism Association, the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong province and China Mobile's Guangdong branch, the so-called "official" matching festival will be held at the city's Tianhe Park.

Both residents of Guangzhou and those living outside the city can register at www.111party.com. Only people who have registered information are allowed to participate in the event.
