'Banned' plate changes
The latest rotation of license plate restrictions in the capital comes into force next week, the Beijing municipal traffic management bureau said yesterday. From Monday, cars will be banned according to these final license plate numbers: Mondays: 4 and 9; Tuesdays: 0 and 5; Wednesdays: 1 and 6; Thursdays: 2 and 7; and Fridays: 3 and 8.
