Special Supplement: Cultural strategy seminar begins today

GUANGZHOU: The seventh seminar on the cultural development strategy for Guangzhou opens at the scenic Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center today.

Central and regional government officials and renowned experts from home and abroad will attend the event that will conclude tomorrow to share their ideas and suggestions on strategic development of culture and related industries in Guangzhou.

Hosted by the city Party committee and the government of Guangzhou, the seminar will provide an overview of the achievements the city has realized in cultural development in the past three decades of China's opening up and reform.
