Fugitive surrenders after working on quake relief
A man who committed robbery 11 years ago was afforded lenient treatment after doing his bit for earthquake relief in Sichuan Province.
Lei, a resident in Yibin, Sichuan province, robbed a man in 1997 and had been on the run for the past 11 years.
