Man burnt trying to rescue electrocuted dog
A man was seriously injured after trying to help an electrocuted dog outside a restaurant in Qionghai, Hainan province, on Monday.
The tragedy took place in front of a local seafood restaurant about 2:20 pm when current from a short circuit suddenly flowed through iron wire used to tie the pooch to a tree connected to power lines.
