Further proof of the adage "there's no such thing as bad publicity" is Edison Chen's elevation to the position of 15th "Sexiest Man in the World" by E!

The Canadian citizen (below), whose parents are Chinese/Macanese, would appear to have been picked as a result of the Internet picture scandal this year that showed him engaged in acts of oral pleasure with a significant proportion of Hong Kong's female celebrities.

There were many who predicted the end of Chen at this point, including triad bosses allegedly incensed by the actor/rapper besmirching the reputations of said women. As a result, Chen fled Hongkers but instead of gently fading into the night has been concentrating on making it in Hollywood and recently had a cameo in Batman The Dark Knight.
