Yao, McGrady fine after injury fears

HOUSTON: Injury concerns for Yao Ming, Tracy McGrady and Ron Artest of the Houston Rockets proved unfounded Tuesday as all three were likely to play Wednesday against Dallas.

McGrady suffered an injury to his surgically repaired left knee in the third quarter of Houston's 100-89 victory Monday over Oklahoma City while Yao and Artest each suffered ankle sprains in the game and missed Tuesday's practice.

An MRI exam that had been planned on McGrady's knee was called off and McGrady told the Houston Chronicle that he was hopeful of playing Wednesday.
