Pigeon race organizer caught playing foul

More than 700 racing pigeons seemingly lost during a competition suddenly appeared a day after the race officially finished, lifting the lid on a dirty scandal by the organizer.

Of the 729 pigeons entered into the competition in Hefei, Anhui province, just 15 returned on Nov 13, two days after being released by the organizers 500 km away in Tai'an, Shandong province.
