Rulings to be enforced
An eight-month campaign has been launched to ensure the implementation of a backlog of court rulings, Wang Shengjun, president of the Supreme People's Court, said yesterday.
The goals of the campaign are to ensure the enforcement of rulings made in all property cases handled before Dec 31, 2007, and in those involving complaints by the public.
