New constitution by 2010
Nepal's political parties have agreed to immediately begin work on a new constitution and enforce it by May 2010, an official yesterday.
Assembly spokesman Mukund Sharma said the parties who have members elected to the country's Constituent Assembly decided on May 28, 2010, as the deadline to have the constitution ready.
