LeBron, Yao steamroll Jazz, Hornets

CLEVELAND: LeBron James scored 38 points in leading a second-half rally that helped the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the short-handed Utah Jazz 105-93 for their seventh straight NBA victory on Saturday.

Mo Williams added 20 points for the Cavaliers, including a 3-pointer and a layup midway through the fourth quarter that pushed Cleveland's lead to 95-84, its biggest since the first quarter.

Carlos Boozer led Utah with 17 points. The Jazz, in the finale of a five-game Eastern trip, were without starters Deron Williams and Mehmet Okur, and top reserves Andrei Kirilenko and Matt Harpring.

Rockets 91, Hornets 82

At Houston, Yao Ming scored 21 points, Tracy McGrady added 18 points and nine rebounds, and Houston bottled up Chris Paul in a victory over New Orleans.

Paul, who came in averaging 22 points, went 2-for-10 from the field and 8-for-8 from the free throw line to score 12. He had 12 assists, but the Hornets shot 41 percent (31-for-76) and were outrebounded 41-35.

Luis Scola added 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Rockets, who led by 12 at the half and shot 53 percent (8-for-15) in the third quarter to take a 70-53 lead to the fourth.

Celtics 102, Bucks 97, OT

At Milwaukee, Paul Pierce scored 28 points, Ray Allen added 27 and the pair accounted for all nine points in overtime in Boston's scrappy victory over Milwaukee.
