Kim attends art festival
Kim Jong-il, top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), attended an art festival given by soldiers, the DPRK's news agency KCNA said on Saturday.
The KCNA reported that Kim, 66, "warmly waved back to the enthusiastically cheering performers and congratulated them on their successful presentation."
