Wrongly institutionalized woman seeks redress
A female patient was restrained in a madhouse for 22 days after a nasty squabble with staff in a hospital in Xiamen, Fujian province.
The 48-year-old, surnamed Wu, who sought treatment for irritable bowel syndrome in 2003, was transferred to a mental hospital a month after the verbal dispute.
