Beer JV
Tsingtao Brewery Co Ltd, one of China's largest beer makers, has signed an agreement to buy 39 percent of Yantai Beer Asahi Co Ltd, a joint venture between Japan's Asahi Breweries and China's Yantai Beer Group, according to a source.
