Car vandals arrested after drunken rampage
Two thieves who broke into nine cars and stole one of them were arrested in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, recently.
Zhou and Wang, both migrant workers from Anhui province, broke into eight cars and took 1,200 yuan in cash and other property in Nanjing one night in July.
