Fisherman drowns in pond sluice accident
A man died after diving into a fishpond to open the sluice but was sucked out by the drainage outlet in Qionghai, Hainan province.
The tragedy took place in the city's Tayang township at 4:30 pm last Tuesday when local farmer Huang Guangrong, 53, jumped into a 2-m-deep pond to lift the sluice.
