CHICAGO: Patrick Kane and Martin Havlat each had a goal and two assists and the Chicago Blackhawks beat the flu-stricken and weary Calgary Flames 6-1 on Sunday for their fourth straight victory.
The Flames were playing their third game in four nights, while the Blackhawks were coming off a five-day break.
Kris Versteeg and Jonathan Toews each added a goal and an assist for the Blackhawks, 6-0-2 at home. Aaron Johnson and Troy Brouwer also scored for Chicago (7-3-3), off to its best start since 2001-02 - the last time it made the playoffs.
