The nature of things

Bangladeshi artist Rashid Amin offers his own special interpretation on nature. "I like the landscapes in the nature. When you are observing them, you can feel the peace and I like peaceful things," said Amin.

Lines and colors feature strongly in these paintings and depict the sun, the sky, water, mountains, flowers and trees.

"I like his paintings as they are rich in color," said Kim Hyosook, a Korean PhD student in sculpture from Central Academy of Fine Arts.
