Makers of illegal explosives arrested
Police in Xinzhou, a city of Shanxi province, seized 2,040 kg of homemade explosives from an illegally built workshop inside a ravine near a village.
Three men surnamed Zhang, Li and Duan carried a diesel-engine generator, oil and more than 2,000 kg of ammonium nitrate to the remote ravine last month.
