Quality chief appointed
Song Zhenghua, deputy secretary of the Hebei provincial government, has been appointed director of the provincial quality supervision, inspection and quarantine department, Jinan, Shandong-based Qilu Evening News, reported yesterday.
The newspaper said the fate of previous director Guo Fengji is still unknown.
