On the evening of Oct 17, the celebration of 25th friendship anniversary of Shaanxi province and Kyoto prefecture was held in the Golden Flower Hotel in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi province.
Yuan Chunqing, governor of Shaanxi province, and Jun Asou signed friendship agreements, then made speeches about their years of friendship.
The representatives signed then documents on further cooperation in business.
