Every Thursday night, former China Central Conservatory of Music student Chen Haoran is a very busy boy. "What's up, you all? Now put your hands up with us," Chen says, as he fronts his band IN3 wearing a pair of loose-fitting jeans, an oversized jacket and a colorful Jamaican-style round hat.
