Bid for first moon rover to open soon

China is expected to invite bids for building its first moon rover by December, Ju Hehua, a professor at Beijing University of Technology, said on Saturday. The tenders will be ready by next month before the National Space Agency works out an overall plan for the proposed lunar rover.
