Massive order

China Railway Group Ltd, Asia's biggest construction company, said on Friday it won 14.96 billion yuan of contracts, benefiting from a government initiative to enhance the nation's transport network.

The new orders, which include building railway tracks, stations and tunnels, are equivalent to about eight percent of its sales last year, the company said in a file to Shanghai Stock Exchange.
