Burglar caught by police he phoned from scene
A man was sentenced to 11 years in prison recently for a rare burglary during which he called police to scare a couple into quickly giving him some money.
One night in April, Li broke into their home in Huludao, a city of Liaoning province, to rob them at knifepoint but failed to get a penny.
