Woman refuses to pay phone-answering cabbie
A female passenger in Jinan city refused to pay a cab fare after her driver answered a phone call en route to her destination on Oct 23.
The woman, surnamed Song, tried to leave the taxi without paying after the driver ignored her warning not to answer his cell phone during the ride from Shungeng Road to Yanshan residential community.
