Court boss gets death
A former Beijing court president was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve yesterday for bribery and embezzlement, the Xinhua News Agency said.
The first intermediate people's court of Beijing also confiscated all the belongings of Guo Shenggui, ex-president of the Xicheng district court.
