Scores of heroes chase and capture bag thief

More than 50 brave passers-by chased a robber who snatched the handbag of a woman and caught him on Oct 17 in Beijing.

Yan took a bus home after withdrawing 16,600 yuan ($2,300) from a bank, but when she arrived at Tiantongyuan, one of the largest residential communities in Beijing, a man who had followed her grabbed her bag and ran.
