Moutai boss took bribes
The former general manager of Kweichou Moutai Co Ltd pleaded guilty to bribery charges on Tuesday during a court hearing in Zunyi, Guizhou province.
Qiao Hong, who had been responsible for sales, advertising and supply of the liquor, was accused of taking more than 14 million yuan ($2 million) in bribes from suppliers, advertising agents and dealers between the end of 2000 and March of last year.
