Crash, bang, no water
The water supply to 1,500 households in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, was cut off yesterday following a sequence of unfortunate events on the Sanyanghe River, the Xinhua News Agency reported the city government as saying.
The problem began when two boats collided while traveling under a bridge, government spokesman Yao Qili said.
