Serial rapist nabbed
A man accused of raping more than 10 underage girls over the past 10 years was arrested on Friday by police in Jilin, the Xinhua News Agency reported yesterday.
Huang Xianyue, a 44-year-old farmer from Dongfeng, Jilin province, has been charged with raping more than 10 teenage girls in the province between 1998 and 2001.
