Pyongyang warns Seoul

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea's (DPRK) military warned yesterday it would attack the Republic of Korea (ROK) and reduce it to "debris" if Seoul continues what it says are confrontational activities against the country.

The threat comes a day after the DPRK demanded during brief talks at the border that the ROK stop the flow of propaganda into the DPRK - even as activists sent tens of thousands of anti-Pyongyang leaflets fluttering north on Monday.
