Divorcee confesses to vandalism rampage
A man bitter after his divorce destroyed communication cables and ATMs and burned haystacks to vent his anger.
Li, a resident of Heshui county, Gansu province, destroyed a main transmission tower in August, interrupting the power and water supply for a week for more than 40,000 residents.
